Libby Casey is the Owner and Co-Founder of Golden Heart Austin West. With many years of nursing and medical service, education and health care experience, nurse Libby thrives on helping others get the most from life. Enhancing the quality of life, providing the best possible care and bringing hope has been the real driving force of her life purpose.

Libby graduated from California State University East Bay with emphasis in Cultural/Social Anthropology, and shortly after she received her Registered Dental Assistant license. As her passion to serve others grew, she decided to study Nursing. After graduating from CNI College in 2014, she received licenses in California, Hawaii, Florida, and Texas.

Through the creation of Golden Heart Senior Care, nurse Libby can now apply her desire to make a difference in the life of others to Austin Texas seniors and their families. Prior to starting Golden Heart Austin West Senior Care, Libby’s career has been spent in the medical field.

As a float nurse, in Hawaii she provided specialized care in various departments within the hospital. Soon after she realized her passion for providing patient-specific in-home care. Because in Golden Heart Senior Care “we don’t believe in one size fits all” …She thrives in providing personalized care plans that not only exceed in expectation but also encourages clients to raise their sprits.

Experienced in home-health and geriatric clinical settings, Libby is highly

skilled in geriatric, rehabilitative and post-operative care. A hallmark of her career is the consistently-earned praise from patients, family members and supervising clinical directors for delivering excellent nursing care.

It is this same level of unconditional compassion and devotion that nurse Libby offers to the clients of Golden Heart Senior Care on a daily basis.

With her extensive experience, Libby has strong expertise in managing customized care for patients with complex medical conditions and rehabilitation issues, and in supporting and educating their families. This expertise, combined with her passion to improve the quality of life for seniors in the Austin community, has prepared her well as she leads by example as the Owner of Golden Heart Austin West!

Simon Casey

Owner-CFO

Dr. Simon Casey has established numerous inpatient and outpatient treatment centers across the nation. Dr. Casey has also offered second-to-none consulting for small and large behavioral health care centers.

He is currently licensed to practice in three states and, in 2018, he was the recipient of the “People with Distinction Humanitarian Award” at Capitol Hill in DC.

Led by his drive to help others while exploring new standards of care, Dr. Casey works to build relationships with the team, residents, and residents’ families at Golden Heart Senior Care.
